Jan 26 – Bed bath beyond coupon policy change

For those of you like me, with a million Bed Bath and Beyond 20% off coupons stored for future use because they never actually expired, it might interest you to know that as of Jan 26th, Bed Bath and Beyond will no longer accept their own expired coupons, as they have in the past.

So use them or lose them, I guess, but now might be a good time to get those kitchen gadgets you’ve been pining after.

  1. Thanks for this update. I’ve got piles of those BBB blue-and-white coupons stacked up in my car.

Ironically, I’m in the market for a new duvet cover that won’t snag on my dog’s nails and won’t show his fur, and someone suggested I check out BBB. Now I’ve got an incentive to do so this week!

    Thanks again.

  2. Oooh – good to know. Actually it’ll be nice to recycle my stack. We don’t go very often, but always try to use a coupon when we do. Thanks for reading the fine print (or paying attention to a cashier) and sharing.

  3. FYI, I went to the Bed, Bath and Beyond official website and didn’t find anything official that says they won’t take the expired coupons after a certain date. I’ll see if I can find out anything else so that we’re not all going on speculation.

  4. Thanks for the update. I got my info from the cashier, because my last coupon had big yellow expiration date letters, so I asked. Maybe it’s just ours …
